6th Annual Benefit Gala, Celebrate ~ Hope ~ Cure huge success.
WCRF hosted a successsful well-attended Gala fundraiser at the luxurious Balboa Bay Club & Resort on Saturday, September 10th. The evening began with tray-passed teal martinis, pink champagne and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres. Guests enjoyed state of the art electroic bidding devices for the silent auction and patient appeal. Followed by a delicious four course meal complete with a variety of exquisite wine pairings, live band and entertainment. Special guests included Celebrities Bob Gunton (played the Warden in the Shawshank Redemption) and Connie Needhan (TV Show Eight is Enough).
